There are tank, healer, and dps officers and advisors that handle promotions. They may use set benchmarks for dps or tps, along with their own judgment of your raid performance, preparedness, reliability, and attendance. Any questions concerning promotions or demotions should be directed to your officer or advisor. A current list of officers and advisors can be found here.

Raider:
 
The Foot Clan is a raiding guild. The majority of members in the guild have Raider status. Players with Raider status meet all the requirements set by the officers and advisors. They have good attendance, come prepared and on time to the raid, and meet the dps, tps, or healing benchmarks. They are at the top of their game and play their class well. They pay attention during raids and are an asset to the raid and the guild.

Raiders are taken to raids. They are considered above all other ranks when filling positions in the raid.

Trial/Recruit:

Players with Trial/Recruit status are new members of the guild and players who want to be considered for Raider status. Members of this rank are under supervision by their officer and advisor to determine whether they meet the requirements for their class.

Players with Trial/Recruit status may be taken to raids if there is an open position and the officers and advisors want to see how the player performs.

Training:

Players with Training status are being considered for Raider status but do not meet the requirements set by the officers and advisors. They may be working with their officer or advisor to improve and reach the benchmarks.

Players with Training status may be taken to raids if there is an open position and the officers and advisors want to see how the player performs.

Social:

Players with Social status are friends of guild members and players that are interested in casual play, but not end-game raiding. Socials will not be considered for promotion to Raider status. If a Social wants to be considered for Raider status, they must first be promoted to the Trial/Recruit status. Contact an officer or advisor, in game, to be considered for a promotion to Trial/Recruit status.

Socials will not be taken to raids unless there are not enough Raider or Trial/Recruit players to fill the necessary positions.
