This event is hosted by The Hand Clan and led/supported by The Foot Clan of Anvilmar. Signing up in this forum thread does not guarantee a raid spot but does better your chances (I.E. versus someone who did not sign up)
To Sign Up: Simply register for these forums and make a post in this thread reflecting your intention to attend.

Performance Requirements
Gear must be of Heroic quality of better purples (in some cases blues will be authorized). Tanks must be Naxx10/25 geared. DPS must sustain an average of 3500-4500 non gimmick DPS. Healers must be able to raid heal at 2000+ HPS.
Removal From Raid
Should your performance be specifically slowing the raid with a better player in reserves, you will be replaced for the good of the PuG. This is not a personal insult, you are welcome to do your best to improve on your performance and attend at a later date. You are also encouraged to ask questions post-raid on how you can improve.

Pretty good for the most part. I'd go again for a shot at some lootz.
Only thing i'd say is tanks were way below requirements you detailed in the original advertisement (27k HP raid buffed?) and alot of the dps were below 3500+ dps as well. Heals seemed to be spot on.
Prolly wont get much further till tanks get geared and get more experience with the encounters and bring in a handfull of better geared/experienced dps.
No flames here btw - it was a good run with what we had, just shooting it straight if you guys want to progress with these runs. |

Ill attend next weeks raid i have a dk 25 man naxx dps geared and 10/25 man naxx tanking gear.
3k+ dps more depending on fight.
32k health unbuffed tanking set. |

It's honestly gonna be hard to find people to fit the benchmarks w/o pulling directly from other raiding guilds.
The main goal is to find mostly alts of raiders and skilled casual players who can do the fights. While some players were below the benchmarks, not many were complete fail. Those who were we'll likely filter out as the runs go on.
Also, now that the general public sees that this group is gonna just do FL and fall apart we'll have more participation as the weeks go on. |
